You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account, and for keeping your account credentials (especially your password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree not to:

Upload illegal, misleading content, or content that infringes on others’ rights
Send spam or attempt to distribute malicious software
Share content that infringes copyright or trademark rights
Attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to your site (text, photos, logos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. The Eduminika brand, logo, and software belong to us and may not be used without permission.

6. Free & Paid Plans

Our free plan includes core features under an eduminika.com subdomain. Our Pro/paid plans offer additional features such as custom domain connection, staff management, and enrollment forms. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are specified at signup or on the relevant pages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time.
