Yes. You can create and use your site at xyz.eduminika.com format free forever (100 MB gallery, around 250 photos). If you want to try a paid plan, the first 3 months are free too — no credit card required, no hidden fees.

How are the paid plans priced?

By the number of children you enroll: $9/month for up to 100 children, $15/month for up to 250, $29/month for up to 500, and $49/month for centers with more than 500 children. There is no per-child fee — you pay one flat monthly price per center, and every paid plan starts with 3 months free.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes! On any paid plan (from Starter up), you can connect your own custom domain (e.g. mypreschool.com).

How do I edit my site content?

After registering, you get a dedicated admin panel. From there you can easily manage photos, events, services, and all content.

Can I see a demo first?

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. Our drag-and-drop interface and ready templates let you manage your site without any technical knowledge whatsoever.

Can I cancel a paid plan at any time?

Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time. We do not collect card details during the 3-month trial, so nothing is charged automatically. When you cancel a paid plan, you revert to the free plan and all your data is preserved.

Is Eduminika a daycare and preschool management software?

Yes. Beyond the website, Eduminika offers management modules such as meal menus, staff management, enrollment and applications, parent communication, and service routes — all from a single panel.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using eduminika.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Eduminika is a platform that provides preschools and kindergartens with website creation, content management, and related tools through free and paid plans.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account, and for keeping your account credentials (especially your password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree not to:

Upload illegal, misleading content, or content that infringes on others’ rights
Send spam or attempt to distribute malicious software
Share content that infringes copyright or trademark rights
Attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to your site (text, photos, logos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. The Eduminika brand, logo, and software belong to us and may not be used without permission.

6. Free & Paid Plans

Our free plan includes the basic website features and a limited amount of storage under an eduminika.com subdomain, with no time limit. Our paid plans are tiered by the number of children enrolled at your center and add features such as custom domain connection, staff management, enrollment forms, meal menus and service routes. The current prices and scope of each tier are published in the pricing section on eduminika.com.

Every paid plan starts with a 3-month free trial. We do not collect card details during the trial and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. You may change or cancel your plan at any time; on cancellation your account returns to the free plan and your data is preserved. No partial refund is issued for a period already paid for, and the service continues until the end of that paid period.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes; continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
