Can I cancel a paid plan at any time?

Yes, you can change plans at any time. When you cancel a paid plan, you revert to the free plan and all your data is preserved.

Who we are

Eduminika is a platform that gives daycares, preschools, and kindergartens a professional website in minutes — plus the management tools that feed it: meal menus, event calendars, enrollment forms, parent communication, and more. Our goal is to help every school claim the place it deserves online, without needing any technical knowledge.

We set out to build a brand not for one country, but for the world — because a child’s very first education is the root of everything that follows, and roots know no borders.

Why we built it

Thousands of daycares and preschools still don’t have a website, relying on social media comments to earn parents’ trust. We wanted to change that: a free, professional website in 5 minutes. Be one of the first schools to join us — your feedback directly shapes the product.

Your data belongs to you — no lock-in

One of the most legitimate concerns when choosing any platform is: "If I want to leave tomorrow, can I take my data with me?" Our answer is clear: yes. All data belonging to your school and its children is yours. On request, we provide a complete copy of your data — we do not trap you in the platform technically.

Let’s be transparent: we are currently building a one-click self-service export. Until it ships, we provide a full copy of your data manually whenever you request it at [email protected]. This is a working commitment, not a marketing promise.

Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted in Türkiye. This is a deliberate choice to remove any ambiguity about the physical location of your data, and it matters for compliance obligations — personal data is processed and stored within the country.

Our approach to security

The core measures we take to protect your data:

All traffic is encrypted end-to-end with HTTPS/TLS — both the platform and the sites you create are served over SSL.
Each school’s data is isolated (multi-tenant isolation); one school cannot access another’s data.
Access is controlled through authentication and authorization layers.
We publish /.well-known/security.txt for responsible vulnerability disclosure.
We never sell your data (see our Privacy Policy).
